This is a picture of me, Patrick Geddis welding a rebar support structure for the Amphitheatre in Trenton Ohio. I have a strong background in the construction of wood and steel structures. I have many years experience in every aspect of residential and commercial building. I personally, can dig and pour the footers of a building whether it is a 1,500 square foot house or a 7,000 square foot commercial space . From that point I can pour the foundation, frame the structure, install windows and doors, install the roof, and install all interior doors, trim, and cabinets. I started NVR to spend more time with my family, and less time traveling 200+ miles a day on top of a 8-10 hour work shift. The creation of New Vision Remodeling has allowed me to share my construction, and remodeling expertise with the greater Dayton region, at a price point the large overhead companies can not compete with. I stand behind my work 100%, I feel strongly about that statement because most business owners, and the ones selling you the job will not be the individual to preform the work at hand. This is the dividing factor between me and the competition, I personally , the owner and operator of NVR will be on site to not just oversee, but preform the renovation you require.
